KNOXVILLE — Isolated showers are continuing this morning across East Tennessee with more rain on the way. The Knoxville-area forecast calls for showers mainly after 1 p.m. under mostly cloudy skies. The chance of showers is 60 percent. Today’s high will be near 61. The showers are expected to continue early Thursday with an overnight low of 49. Chance of rain is 70 percent.
